• 20+ years of extensive “hands on, real world” HR and management experience
• well-grounded view of corporate, operational, strategic and tactical issues
• experience with entrepreneurs, multi-nationals, "for profit" ,"not for profit"
• Canadian & US business experience; international personal experience, trilingual

Irene offers clients breadth in perspective, knowledge, and skills given her experience that spans from small start-ups to mature multi-nationals and includes the following industries and sectors:

Skilled as a strategist and implementer, advisor, facilitator, coach, and ombudsperson, Irene helps clients with a broad range of Human Resources matters, always with a focus on delivering practical and effective business and people solutions that are aligned with the client's business direction and culture to ensure that their people practices support their business.

Specialties include building HR functions “from scratch” (where little exists), firefighting, trouble shooting, re-structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and keeping companies union free.
